After attending the seminar, if you feel that you are ready to embark on the exciting and rewarding path of home ownership, you will be asked to complete a Home Buyer Worksheet. When combined with your credit report, this worksheet allows us to develop a home purchase profile to determine how best we can help you achieve your dream of homeownership.
